Waking up at the right time is as important as the amount of sleep.

Note: We add 15 minutes to account for the time it takes to fall asleep.

The 90-Minute Rule

A full sleep cycle lasts about 90 minutes. Waking up during Deep Sleep (in the middle of a cycle) causes grogginess. Waking up at the end of a cycle makes you feel alert.

Sleep Quality Tips

  • Keep your room at 18°C (65°F).
  • No caffeine 6-8 hours before bed.
  • Morning sunlight resets your clock.
